2. Sales, Pricing, and Payments

2.1 Pricing and Currency:

All prices for spare parts are listed on the Site and are subject to change without prior notice. The currency selected for your purchase will be the currency charged to your card.www.mineautoparts.comaccepts payment by PayPal, Visa, and Mastercard debit/credit cards in AED and USD. Applicable VAT (5%) is added where required by UAE law.

2.2 Payment Processing:

Online purchases are handled by third-party payment service providers. You must retain a copy of transaction records and are responsible for reviewing the terms and policies of these payment providers. Refunds, where applicable, will only be made to the original payment method used.

2.3 Order Cancellation:

• All orders are processed electronically and forwarded for fulfillment immediately upon confirmation.NO ORDERS CAN BE CANCELLED AFTER PAYMENT HAS BEEN CONFIRMED.
• If you request a cancellation before the item is shipped,MINE AUTO PARTSreserves the right to deduct a 16% cancellation fee on the total order amount to cover administrative costs.

3. Shipping, Delivery, and Liability

3.1 Delivery Estimates:

We aim to ship parts within 24 hours. Delivery times (e.g., 1-3 days within the UAE) areestimates onlyand are not guaranteed.MINE AUTO PARTSis not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

3.2 International Shipping:

For shipments outside the UAE, all duties, customs fees, taxes, or any other charges levied by the destination country are thesole responsibility of the Customer.

3.3 Damage and Inspection:

You must inspect all packages thoroughly upon delivery for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts. Missing, damaged, or incorrect items must be reported to the carrier andMINE AUTO PARTSwithin 30 business days of receipt. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

4. Returns, Refunds, and Replacement Policy

4.1 Conditions for Return Acceptance:

We maintain aNo-Return Policyfor parts ordered in error or due to a change of mind. Parts are only eligible for return or replacement if they meetallthe following strict conditions:

• The part must have a verifiedmanufacturing faultor be verifiablyincorrectdue to an error on the part ofMINE AUTO PARTS.
• The claim must be initiated within15 daysof the confirmed delivery date.
• The part must be in its original, unmarked packaging and mustnot have been used, installed, or disassembled.
• All return approvals are subject to final inspection and verification byMINE AUTO PARTS.

4.2 Refunds and Replacements:

• If a return is accepted under Section 4.1,MINE AUTO PARTSwill first offer areplacementof the correct or non-defective part, subject to availability.
• If a replacement is not possible or if you request a direct refund instead of replacement or store credit,MINE AUTO PARTSreserves the absolute right to deduct original shipping costs plus a21% cancellation and handling feeon the total value of the part(s).
• We willnotrefund any labor, installation costs, towing fees, rental car expenses, or any other associated costs under any circumstances. Our liability is strictly and absolutely limited to the original cost of the spare part(s) purchased.

4.3 Missing or Damaged Products:

Damage to parts or missing items must be reported within **15 days** of receipt. Failure to report issues within this period will void any potential claim, replacement, or refund.

5. User Conduct and Account Responsibility

5.1 Prohibited Conduct:

You agree not to duplicate, download, publish, modify, or otherwise distribute the material on this Site for any commercial purpose without prior written authorization fromAWAMINE FZC LLC. Deep-linking and scraping the site are strictly prohibited.

5.2 Account Security:

If you create an account onwww.mineautoparts.com, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
